How long have you been at the Ben Gordon Center?
Since December, 2008
What you enjoy most about working at the Ben Gordon Center:
I enjoy working at the Center because I am allowed the opportunity to work with a variety of populations. I also love being a member of a strong and supportive team of professionals.
Areas of specialty:
Children and Adolescents. I have done a lot of research in the area of child sexual abuse and the disclosure process.
Therapeutic approaches:
I have a person-centered approach to counseling. I meet the client where they are and allow them the opportunity to find their own path. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques with clients who prefer a more structured therapy setting.
