Ben Gordon Center provides professional mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment services. The organization is accredited with Commendation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and holds all the licenses required for operation.

Our mission is to provide behavioral healthcare services in a timely manner to the people we serve, in order to assist them in creating the highest quality of life possible.

Membership
BGC is a member of the Precedence Plus Behavioral Health Network, which includes licensed providers in central and northwest Illinois, and is Accredited with Commendation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

What you enjoy most about working at the Ben Gordon Center:
Providing support to a variety of clients in an idiosyncratic way that promotes change and improved functioning.

Domestic Violence, Developmental Disabilities, Behavior Disorders, Anxiety

Therapeutic approaches:
I like to begin therapy with a person centered approach to establish a relationship and build rapport. Then, as appropriate, I implement CBT, or interpersonal skills building depending on the clients needs.
