Clients benefit most in therapeutic settings where they are treated and understood in a positive, professional and supportive relationship with their therapist. Positive regard and weekly expectations are necessary to motivate/encourage successful outcomes.  I work diligently to meet my clients where they are in their process of change- helping them to work through their ambivalence to change, while encouraging clients to experience greater psychological flexibility.
