I enjoy the opportunity to work in a consumer centered agency which focuses on quality of services and commitment to achieving outcome goals.

Areas of specialty:
Older adults, couples, anxiety, depression, pain management, adjustment disorders, and trauma.

Therapeutic approaches:
My focus is on a strength based and consumer directed approach to treatment. Therapy incorporates cognitive behavior, development of relationship management and emotional regulation skills along with improving decision making and problem solving through both directive and motivational approaches.
