I enjoy the diversity of people and personalities of both clients and co-workers.

Crisis management, Assessment, Vocational Counseling, difficult to engage clientele, Advocacy and Case Management.
Therapeutic approaches:
I mainly use cognitive-behavioral and dialectical approaches. I also utilize WRAP: Wellness, Recovery, Action, Planning.
